Lu Long Zhu - green tea twisted in the shape of small pearls. They collect it in Fujian, at an altitude of 500-700 meters. Spring collection is held in March-April, autumn - from early September to late October. Only the first flushes go to work - a kidney and two leaves. Then the tea is roasted over the coals and twisted into tight lumps, so the tea leaf stays fresh longer.
In a dry form, neat balls, a light, hairy kidney is visible. The aroma of dry leaf with smoked notes, the aroma of greenery and a nutty shade.
Tea can and should be brewed several times, enjoying changes in taste with each strait.
This tea tones well, it is best to drink it in the morning or in the afternoon.
Taste
When brewing, a pale yellow infusion with a delicate aroma, a pleasant, slightly tart taste and light smoky notes is obtained.
