Tie Guan Yin comes from Fujian. The collected leaves go through several cycles of kneading and shaking, twisting, frying and drying.

In a dry form - densely twisted bright green fragrant leaves. When brewing, the twisted leaf slowly opens, giving the infusion a delicate emerald color and a strong, classic flavor for Te Guan Yin tea.
