Shen puer from Yunnan from the famous tea gardens near the city of Menghai, where the well-established tea factory is located. 
 A dry leaf - long, covered with a thin pile and twisted in the form of nightingale tongues - gently covers a small bright kidney. The aroma of dry tea is strong, memorable, with warm honey tones. 
 In warmed dishes, sweet notes go away, replaced by shades of fresh herbs and green apples. 
 
 Taste 
 The infusion is light, transparent, with a delicate and pleasant aroma. In the taste of this shena a noble velvet lasting bitter note comes out, with a cold menthol train. In the aftertaste light fruit and berry tones replace each other.
